Ms. Preeti Chahar is the Founder and Director of Globiq Immigration Services, a New Zealand-based consultancy created with a simple mission: to guide people through their immigration journey with honesty, care, and first-hand insight.
Originally from India, Preeti holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics from Delhi University, a Master of Science in Physics, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). After moving to New Zealand in 2020 as an international student, she completed a Level 7 Graduate Diploma in Computer and Information Science from Auckland University of Technology (AUT). Her own experience—from navigating student life to achieving teacher registration—gives her a deep understanding of the migration process and the challenges it can bring.
Today, Preeti is a registered high school Physics teacher in one of New Zealand’s reputed schools and is known for her warm and approachable style, both in the classroom and beyond. She’s also a well-known content creator on YouTube and Instagram, where she shares practical advice about studying, living, and building a life in New Zealand. Her videos are relatable, informative, and deeply valued by a growing community of aspiring migrants around the world.
Through Globiq Immigration Services, Preeti and her team provide support across a range of visa types — including Student Visas, Work Visas, Spouse and Partner Visas, Visitor Visas, Family Visas, and Resident Visas — in partnership with a Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA), ensuring clients receive expert and compliant immigration advice.
